Short Biography:

My name is John Thomas Settino. I was named after both of my Grandfathers. I am seventeen, and I live in Glen Burnie, Maryland (If you don't know, that is on the east coast of the United States). I grew up in Glen Burnie, and have lived in the Glen Burnie/Pasadena area of Maryland my whole life.

My parents divorced when I was four, and my Dad and I moved in with my Grandparents. I lived with them for ten years before my Dad got re-married. I was forced to move into my Step Mother's home with her three kids whom I detest greatly. Life sucked there, and after two years at Old Mill High, my bipolar had gotten the best of me. My Dad and I weren't really getting along well, so I moved out and went to live with my Mom. After a semester at Chesapeake High, I decided that school was too hard for me (due to my constantly fluctuating mental state---bipolar). I dropped out of highschool, and got my GED in October of 2003.

I am currently employed at K-Mart in Pasadena, Maryland. This is only a temporary job, though. I will be starting college next semester at Anne Arundel Community College in an Electrical Engineering program (for PC Repair, basically).

In my spare time, I play guitar (I am in a metal/hardcore/classical band called AngelWrath), do freelance webdesigning and programming, and go to local music shows.

The Story Behind "Nion"

One night I was looking at a bottle of Iced Tea and noticed the "Nutrition Facts" label. The "tion" at the end kind of stuck out at me... but it was missing something. I switched the "n" from the beginning of the word with the "t" and came up with "Nion". This was about 4 years ago, and I have been known as Nion ever since.
